“Think about a container 300 times bigger than this model,” Ray Fankhauser, hydroponic project coordinator, told the crowd assembled at MANS for the hydroponic container groundbreaking ceremony on May 22.
The full-sized Growcer container can yield 7,000-9,000 pounds of leafy greens per year.
